Shutterspeed

from $17.00

Shutterspeed Brazil

See life at the speed of coffee! Whether you like to live slow or fast, Shutterspeed is adjustable to your pace (and taste). This is our new half-yearly staple from our friends at Rio Brilhante & Los Volcones. Naturally processed in a style that retains the taste of the terroir of the farm, and the genetics of the variety. After picking, they do a fermentation stage by mounding the coffee on patios. Afterwards, the coffee is sun-dried for 10 days before being finished in mechanical dryers on low heat to get an exact moisture content. You will find notes of Cranberry, Walnuts, and Panela (unrefined cane sugar).
